There has been an update to the schedule for the next close out meeting:
The meeting will be held on Monday, November 30, at ~ 7:30 PM, at the Municipal Building, Conference Rooms A & B.
There is actually no set time but the main meeting does begin at 7:30 and there is one case before the Pulte close out. Pulte will be there to address the requests made at the last meeting. Please attend if you can.

Want to avoid water damage?
One main cause of water damage is ice dams.
The main cause of ice dams is the roof becoming heated by warmth in the attic.
The main cause of heat in the attic is poor insulation, but a close second is heat escaping into the attic through the recessed lights. This can be corrected by placing covers over the recessed light fixtures.
The link below will take you to one company that makes covers for that purpose. (There may be other companies that sell them, as well.) Note that you can get installation instructions by clicking at the bottom of the page. The covers cost $20 each, but my guess is they’ll pay for themselves in only a few years.
Installing these recessed light covers will reduce your heating bills and reduce the danger of ice dams.
You can combine this procedure with addition of more insulation. Total cost may be between $1,000 and $2,000, including the covers, depending on how much insulation you add. You may get price quotations by searching for insulation companies on the Internet or in the Yellow Pages.
