Pulte has requested that the Zoning Board of Appeals hold a Public Hearing for “Determination
of Completeness”. This is called the Close-Out.
The meeting will be held on Monday, November 2, at 7:30 PM, at the Municipal Building, Conference Rooms A & B.
This may be our last chance to be heard before Pulte is cleared of any further
obligations to the homeowners.
Please attend and feel free to speak up.

The Registry of Motor Vehices is reinstating the practice of informing drivers when their licenses are coming up for renewal. However……….
The notices will be sent only to drivers who sign up on the RMV website at https://secure.rmv.state.ma.us/RMVreminder/intro.aspx
You must sign up at least 45 days prior to expiration of your your license.
You may choose to be notified by email, phone or text message – (no regular mail).
The state will avoid having to pay for this service by having a commercial company provide the service, with their expenses paid by one or more sponsor(s). So don’t hang up if you have elected phone notification and you find yourself listening to a commercial.
You do not have to sign up, of course. You can just rely on your own memory.

The next round of fertilization at Hilltop Farms will begin next week – the fertilization technicians will be begin this round on Wednesday September 30th. This round is a straight fertilization application.

Fairway applied a fertilizer application on the lawns this week. The application this week was a straight fertilizer, no pesticide.
Another fertilization treatment will occur approx 9/17. This new application will not include pesticide.
