Some homes have been shown to have high Radon gas levels in this area. It is advised that all residents learn about Radon and test their homes to determine their Radon levels. You can find out more information about Radon at the Mass state government website here. Radon test kits can be purchased online and at your local hardware store / Home Depot.

The Christmas and New Years Holidays are both on Fridays this year. Therefore, trash will be picked up on Saturday, December 26 and Saturday, January 2nd.
Also, a reminder that Tom Berkowitz Trucking will be picking up the trash bins as they empty them on their last scheduled pickup date of January 15, 2010. Please make sure all bins are out on that date to avoid any additional charges from Berkowitz.

E.L. Harvey and Sons has been contracted by the Board as our new trash removal service beginning January 22, 2010. In accordance, you must put out your trash bin on January 15, 2010 so that it can be collected for the last time. The bin will be TAKEN that day along with the trash. On the same day (1/15), E.L. Harvey and Sons will be delivering new trash bins for use from then on.

To Hilltop Farms Homeowners:
Earlier in the week, you received a package containing your 2010 payment coupons for Hilltop Farms. Unfortunately, the coupons did not have the new remit address that was updated in September 2009. Revised payment coupons for 2010 have been mailed out today, December 10, 2009. Please contact me at dbloksberg@salmonhealthandretirement.com if you do not receive the new coupons or if you have any other questions or concerns regarding Hilltop Farms.
