Dear Hilltop Farms Homeowners,
At the last Board meeting 5/28/09, Chuck Paglicco, current Chairman of the Board indicated that he would be temporarily relocating out of state due to work assignment. Chuck expressed his desired to be replaced on the Board. The board discussed this matter in great details at this and subsequent meetings held on 6/2/09 and actively pursuing suitable replacement to better serve the Hilltop Farms community.
Per section 3.3 Vacancies: of the Hilltop Farms condominium Trust document (see link,http://hilltopfarmshoa.com/documents/HTtrust.pdf), the remaining Board members (Kristin Bailey and Paresh Patel) are to appoint an interim Board member until the next annual meeting (spring 2010), at which time the term of Chuck’s position expires. At this time the homeowners can elect a new board member. Kristin and Paresh are in the process of evaluating and selecting this interim Board member. This process is expected to be completed in the month of June, 2009.
Chuck will continue to serve on the Board until such time a replacement is selected.
The board will update the homeowners as soon as the process is completed. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact board of directors at board@hilltopfarmshoa.com

Make sure to test your smoke detectors frequently. Also, batteries should be tested or changed annually. If your smoke detector is making a beeping sound, it means that the battery is dying. Replace the battery as soon as possible. Remember that there are also smoke detectors in your garage. Many people have heard beeps coming from open garages, meaning there are batteries that are dying. This in not only annoying, but very dangerous. Please do your part to help keep our community safe.
