The Board discussed the issue of notifying homeowners prior to any fertilization/chemical treatments on the lawn in the last meeting Board 6/13/09 .  The Board understands homeowner’s concern and a need for a communications with homeowners prior to a fertilization/chemical application.  

Starting immediately, homeowners will be notified one week in advance via (1) web site and (2) signs posted at each mailbox location in the community.
