Dear Homeowner,

The exteriors of your units (Vinyl sidings), garage doors and gutters are being power washed now and in the coming weeks.

During the washing time please:

1. Lock all doors, windows and sliding doors so that the water does not enter the unit.
2. Remove vehicles from your drive way. Park either inside the garge or in common parking spots.
3. Close garage doors, so the exterior of the doors can be washed.
4. Remove plants or items from front of the units.
5. Move items on the deck away from the sidings.
6. Workers will be taking the water only from the unit that is being washed.
