Town of Grafton Planning Board meeting – Hilltop Properties across Our Condominium

Homeowners,

The Grafton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 25th, 2010 at 7:30 PM in conference Room at Grafton Memorial Municipal Center to discuss special Permit/site Plan approval for construction of commercial properties directly across our condominium.  This permit was denied few months ago and coming back again with another request.  In the past, many homeowners raised their concerns regarding this, but very few of them participated in actual town meetings and hearing.

This impacts all homeowners and BOT at Hilltop encourages all homeowners to participate in this meeting.  Below Notice from Town of Grafton.

(7:30pm) SP 2009-11 Hilltop Properties, LLC (applicant/owner) – Application for Special Permit/Site Plan approval for construction of “Hilltop Plaza” consisting of two (2) 7,200 square foot buildings for retail business with associated parking, grading and drainage structures on property located at 116 Milford Road and shown as Grafton Assessor’s Map 113, Lot 1. Said property is located in an Office & Light Industry (OLI) zoning district.
