Dear Hilltop Farms homeowners:

The Board of Trustees would like to THANK YOU for coming and participating in 2010 Hilltop Farms HOA Annual Meeting.  We had great turnout and homeowners’ asked many good questions that I believe they were addressed accordingly.  The election was closed on the same day of the annual meeting and the meeting was officially adjourned at 1:30 PM, 2/10/2010.  It was very close election and after recounting several times all ballots and proxies, the results are as follows:

  • Vinay Munikuntla – 67 votes,  28.0740% voting power
  • Stone Iyengar – 70 Votes,  28.2852% voting power

With this, Stone Iyengar will assume the three year term and Vinay Munikuntla will assume the one year term.  The new BOT concluded its first meeting and unanimously agreed on the following Trustee role assignments.

  • Vinay Munikuntla – Secretary
  • Stone Iyengar – Treasurer
  • Paresh Patel  – Chairman

Please join me in welcoming both of these new trustees on board.  Welcome aboard!  I am confident that Stone and Vinay will work hard to keep the Hilltop community great and make it even better.  I look forward to working with both of them as well all committees and homeowners. Window Warranty Information

February 8th, 2010

You can  checkout the following from Harvey website, mostly the fog issues is covered by warranty to replace the glass, however labor will be owners responsibility.
(Thanks to Murali)

What is the moisture between the glass?

Moist air can fill the space between the panes of glass when the seals along the outer perimeter of glass fail. This is called “seal failure”. Seal failures allow moisture to penetrate into the space between the panes of glass making your insulated unit appear cloudy or fogged.

The Harvey Lifetime Limited Warranty provides coverage to the original purchaser for the repair or replacement of failed insulating glass units for the specific duration outlined in the Product Warranty.

To provide you with the most timely solution, we ask that you please contact your local Harvey Authorized Window Dealer. Explain or describe the problem to them, and they can arrange for an inspection to determine responsibility and order any replacement insulating glass units that may be needed.

If after a reasonable time, you have not had an inspection or your problem resolved, please call Field Service at 1-800-822-0437 or e-mail us at mfgcustomerservice@harveybp.com. In order for us to expedite your claim, please provide us with the following product information:

  • Order Number
  • Product Type
  • Date the Product was Installed
  • Description of the Defect

The product information can be found on your unit’s warranty label.
