The associations landscaper will be applying a grub control and fertilization treatment to all Hilltop lawns – they are shooting for Wednesday, 7/8.
The landscaper will be posting a notice on the mailboxes this week.

The Board discussed the issue of notifying homeowners prior to any fertilization/chemical treatments on the lawn in the last meeting Board 6/13/09 . The Board understands homeowner’s concern and a need for a communications with homeowners prior to a fertilization/chemical application. Starting immediately, homeowners will be notified one week in advance via (1) web site and (2) signs posted at each mailbox location in the community.

Hilltop Board of Directors updates
Dear Hilltop Farms Homeowners,
At the last Board meeting 5/28/09, Chuck Paglicco, current Chairman of the Board indicated that he would be temporarily relocating out of state due to work assignment. Chuck expressed his desired to be replaced on the Board. The board discussed this matter in great details at this and subsequent meetings held on 6/2/09 and actively pursuing suitable replacement to better serve the Hilltop Farms community.
Per section 3.3 Vacancies: of the Hilltop Farms condominium Trust document (see link,http://hilltopfarmshoa.com/
Chuck will continue to serve on the Board until such time a replacement is selected.
