E.L. Harvey and Sons has been contracted by the Board as our new trash removal service beginning January 22, 2010. In accordance, you must put out your trash bin on January 15, 2010 so that it can be collected for the last time. The bin will be TAKEN that day along with the trash. On the same day (1/15), E.L. Harvey and Sons will be delivering new trash bins for use from then on.

To Hilltop Farms Homeowners:
Earlier in the week, you received a package containing your 2010 payment coupons for Hilltop Farms. Unfortunately, the coupons did not have the new remit address that was updated in September 2009. Revised payment coupons for 2010 have been mailed out today, December 10, 2009. Please contact me at dbloksberg@salmonhealthandretirement.com if you do not receive the new coupons or if you have any other questions or concerns regarding Hilltop Farms.

Due to the Xmas & New Years Holidays, Friday trash pickups will be on Saturday, December 26th and January 2, 2010.
Please have all trash out by 7:00 a.m. – routes will be done earlier then usual so that the workers can enjoy the rest of their holiday weekend(s).

There has been an update to the schedule for the next close out meeting:
The meeting will be held on Monday, November 30, at ~ 7:30 PM, at the Municipal Building, Conference Rooms A & B.
There is actually no set time but the main meeting does begin at 7:30 and there is one case before the Pulte close out. Pulte will be there to address the requests made at the last meeting. Please attend if you can.
