New Outdoor Water Use Regulations from Grafton Water District
Effective immediately, 9 am to 5 pm, the following practices are prohibited:
– Nonessential watering of lawns by sprinklers or automatic irrigation
– Washing of vehicles
– Washing of buildings, driveways, sidewalks
Exemptions from the restrictions include:
– New lawns and plantings during the months of May and September
– Irrigation of lawns, flowers and plants by means of hand-held hose
First violation will result in a warning, but subsequent will result in a $50 fine, increasing by $50 for each subsequent violation.

We had a successful spring cleaning day today, where we collected 10 bags of blown away trash from wetlands surrounding our community. I would like to thank the below home owners, who actively participated in the clean up today.

Spring Clean Up day in our community will be on May 1 st 2010 at 9:00 am.
The Board requests all the homeowner take part in this community activity.
The activities that will be performed in our community during this time :
1) Pick up Trash from Wet Lands. (Trash blown away by wind during winter).
Lets all gather at Gazebo in our community.

TruGreen will be doing round 1 of the lawn application service on Tuesday, April 27th. This service will include fertilizer, pre-emergent crabgrass control, and broadleaf weed control.
