If you still have a Christmas tree that needs to be disposed of, the Town of Grafton Brush Disposal area is available on 1/9 and 1/16 for Christmas tree disposal. You can drop off your tree there for free on those dates only. Please DO NOT dispose of your tree in the wooded areas around the Hilltop Farms property.

The following updates were made to the documents section of the website:
1. The Trust document was updated with page 12 (which it was previously missing) and a table of contents page.
2. The Rules and Regulations document had a table of contents page added.
3. The Master Deed document had a table of contents page added.

Some homes have been shown to have high Radon gas levels in this area. It is advised that all residents learn about Radon and test their homes to determine their Radon levels. You can find out more information about Radon at the Mass state government website here. Radon test kits can be purchased online and at your local hardware store / Home Depot.

The Christmas and New Years Holidays are both on Fridays this year. Therefore, trash will be picked up on Saturday, December 26 and Saturday, January 2nd.
Also, a reminder that Tom Berkowitz Trucking will be picking up the trash bins as they empty them on their last scheduled pickup date of January 15, 2010. Please make sure all bins are out on that date to avoid any additional charges from Berkowitz.
