\nOur records indicate that there is one available Trustee seat for the election. If you are interested in running for the Board and would like to learn what is involved, please give me a call to discuss it further.
\nAttached you will find the following two forms:
\nProxy Statement – Please fill out this form and return it at your earliest convenience. It may also be faxed to 508-393-2422 (no cover letter needed). The purpose of the proxy is to obtain a quorum for the Annual Meeting.
\nNomination (optional) – If you or someone you know is interested in becoming a Trustee, please fill out this section and submit it to our office.
\nThe Annual Meeting is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors, Trustees and representatives from Northborough Property Management. The 2012 budget will be discussed in great detail. Also, an Energy Audit company will be present at this meeting to discuss the benefits on having an audit done on your unit. This is the first step to solve your ice dam problems and reduce your heating\/AC bills once and for all.
