Grafton , Massachusetts\u00a0for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<p>1.Conducting Annual Meeting.<\/p>\n<p>2.Reviewing 2010 Financials and 2011 Annual Budget.<\/p>\n<p>3.To elect one (1) member to the Board of Trustees, one Trustee\u2019s (Vinay Munikuntla) term has expired.
