{"id":276,"date":"2010-12-20T10:07:25","date_gmt":"2010-12-20T14:07:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hilltopfarmshoa.com\/?p=276"},"modified":"2010-12-20T10:07:25","modified_gmt":"2010-12-20T14:07:25","slug":"snow-removal-procedures-and-safety-information","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/hilltopfarmshoa.com\/?p=276","title":{"rendered":"Snow Removal Procedures and Safety Information"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>HilltopFarms Residents, <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Please be advice that during this    snow season, we want to remind everyone that one of the biggest challenges of    snow removal crew has been dealing with both pedestrians and the motoring    public during a snow and ice event. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The most efficient and safe    snow\/ice removal and clean-up also requires the coordination and cooperation    of all business personnel and residents of the properties that we service. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>During our plowing, de-icing and    clean-up procedures, please remind everyone: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Please    take extreme caution when driving on the premises and stay free and clear of    all Rosado vehicles. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Under    any circumstances, do not pass or drive around any plowing\u00a0 or de-icing    vehicle.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Always    leave a considerable and safe distance between you and our vehicles. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Always    give our drivers the right of way.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Never    walk behind, in front or aside of any moving Rosado vehicle. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Especially take caution and wait when our vehicles    are backing up and turning. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Slow    down and be aware. <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>All\u00a0 communications with our snow vendor,    Rosado &amp; Sons, should be relayed through<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> CCM \u2013 Jeff Robinson 508-898-3431)<\/span>. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Please remember, the snow removal    crews are dealing with bad weather conditions and there are blind spots in    every vehicle.\u00a0 For everyone\u2019s safety, we appreciate your cooperation. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>From-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hilltop Farms Condo    Association<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HilltopFarms Residents, Please be advice that during this snow season, we want to remind everyone that one of the biggest challenges of snow removal crew has been dealing with both pedestrians and the motoring public during a snow and ice event.
