However&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>The notices will be sent only to drivers who sign up on the RMV website at <a title=\"MA RMV\" href=\"https:\/\/secure.rmv.state.ma.us\/RMVreminder\/intro.aspx\" target=\"_self\">https:\/\/secure.rmv.state.ma.us\/RMVreminder\/intro.aspx<\/a><\/p>\n<p>You must sign up at least 45 days prior to expiration of your your license.<\/p>\n<p>You may choose to be notified by email, phone or text message &#8211; (no regular mail).<\/p>\n<p>The state will avoid having to pay for this service by having a commercial company provide the service, with their expenses paid by one or more sponsor(s). So don&#8217;t hang up if you have elected phone notification and you find yourself listening to a commercial.<\/p>\n<p>You do not have to sign up, of course.
